The Menopause Wellness Reset is a 4-week wellness coaching program designed to help menopausal women better understand what’s changing in their bodies and how to support themselves through it, without pressure, perfection, or overhaul.

This program focuses on stabilizing the basics that tend to shift during menopause: sleep, nutrition, and movement.

Rather than prescribing rigid plans, the program offers education, reflection, and simple practices you can adapt to your real life. It’s designed to be supportive, realistic, and sustainable — especially during a season when energy, recovery, and capacity can fluctuate.

How the program works

  • 4 weeks of guided educational content, with 8 weeks of access to the learning materials

  • Short daily prompts (Monday–Friday) to support reflection and awareness

  • Ongoing support via private chat (Slack / WhatsApp / similar) for questions and guidance

  • One 45-minute 1:1 virtual coaching session, scheduled during the program

  • Self-paced participation — no tracking, no rules, no “keeping up”

  • Designed to complement your life, not compete with it

This is a program you can do on your own, at your own pace, with structure that supports learning rather than performance.

Weekly focus (at a glance)

Week 1 — Sleep & Stabilization
We begin by supporting rest, recovery, and nervous system regulation. You’ll learn why sleep often shifts during menopause and how to protect it without chasing “perfect sleep.”

Week 2 — Movement for Strength & Energy
A focus on strength, mobility, and movement that supports joints, bones, and energy — without pushing or depleting yourself.

Week 3 — Nutrition for Stability
Foundational nutrition education to support energy, mood, and blood sugar, with an emphasis on consistency rather than control.

Week 4 — Integration & Personal Rhythm
Time to reflect on what’s helping, what’s not, and how to carry forward a realistic, supportive rhythm that fits your life.
