1:1 Midlife Wellness Coaching
The Menopause Wellness Reset
A personalized 4-week wellness coaching program for women in midlife and beyond who want support with movement, nutrition, energy, stress, and sustainable habit change.
This is for the season when your body, schedule, or capacity has shifted and what used to work doesn’t feel quite right anymore. Together, we’ll focus on small, realistic changes that help you feel more steady, supported, and connected to your body again.
How It Works
This 4-week private coaching program includes:
One 30-minute initial call to understand your goals, lifestyle, and current challenges
Four weekly 20-minute Zoom check-ins
Simple weekly focus areas tailored to your needs
Support around movement, balanced meals, protein, fiber, hydration, sleep, and stress
Virtual connection between sessions for questions, reflection, and gentle accountability
A personalized next-step plan at the end of the 4 weeks
This is not a rigid plan or a “perfect habits” program. It’s a supportive reset designed around your real life.
What We May Focus On
Depending on your goals, we may work on:
Building a more consistent movement rhythm
Creating balanced meals from whole foods
Getting enough protein and fiber
Supporting hydration and energy
Improving sleep routines and recovery
Managing stress and nervous system load
Rebuilding trust with your body
Finding habits that feel realistic, not punishing
After the 4 Weeks
At the end of the program, we’ll look at what’s working and explore the best next step. That may be continuing with 1:1 coaching, adding private Pilates or movement sessions, meeting in person, joining a small group, or simply using your personalized plan on your own.
Investment
Introductory founding rate: $200 for the 4-week reset
