To celebrate my new certifications in nutrition and wellness, I’m opening 4-week pilot coaching programs — free in exchange for feedback that will help me design offerings for and with Super Middle women.

  • Private / Duo Coaching (1–2 women)

  • First Cohort: Group Coaching (2–4 women)

We’ll focus on nutrition, wellness habits, and lifestyle resets — with movement layered in to support energy, strength, and balance.
