SUPER MIDDLE PILATES POLICIES

Welcome to Super Middle Pilates! Our goal is to create a welcoming, empowering, and respectful environment for all bodies and all seasons of life. These policies are here to help us maintain a high-quality experience for everyone—please take a moment to read through them.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled class will be considered a late cancel and may result in the loss of the class credit or a $20 late fee, depending on your membership type.

  • No-shows are subject to the same policy.

ARRIVAL & LATENESS

  • Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to check in and get grounded.

  • Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be admitted, for your safety and the flow of class.

WAITLIST POLICY

  • If a class is full, join the waitlist—you’ll be added automatically if a spot opens. You’ll be notified via email or text.

  • Once added from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply, so please manage your schedule accordingly.

ATTIRE & HYGIENE

  • Wear form-fitting, comfortable clothes that allow movement and alignment feedback.

  • Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.

  • Please wipe down all equipment after class using provided eco-friendly cleansers.

HEALTH & INJURY DISCLOSURE

  • Please inform your instructor of any injuries, limitations, or health conditions before class begins.

  • If you're feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to stay home and rest—you’ll return stronger.

ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

  • While our programming is designed for midlife movers (typically 40+), all ages are welcome.

  • Prenatal participation is permitted only with instructor clearance and physician approval.

  • Some classes may not be suitable for individuals with significant mobility issues—please inquire before booking.

DEVICES & DISTRACTIONS

  • Phones and smartwatches should be silenced and stowed away during class. This is your time—unplug and tune in.

MEMBERSHIPS, PACKAGES & EXPIRATIONS

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Class packages may have expiration dates (typically 30, 60, or 90 days)—please check at time of purchase.

  • We’re happy to consider holds or extensions in cases of medical need—just reach out.
