Virtual Pilates lets you train from home with the same smart, midlife-focused programming you’d receive in person — no commute, no setup stress, and full flexibility for your real life. If you already have equipment like a home reformer, we can build highly personalized sessions that keep you progressing safely with expert guidance.
If you’re working with just a mat (with or without simple props like a band, small ball, or light weights), you’ll still get deeply effective, strength-building sessions tailored to your goals, energy level, and phase of midlife.

Virtual private sessions bring the full focus, precision, and care of a studio session straight into your home. With whatever props you already have — a band, towel, small ball, or light weights — we’ll build deeply effective, personalized sequences that support your midlife body. You get convenience, comfort, and undivided attention, without ever needing to leave the house.

Reformer / Cadillac / Tower / Chair / Barrel
Virtual apparatus sessions give you the benefit of expert eyes on your Reformer, Cadillac, or Tower, right from home. We’ll use the equipment you already have to create safe, powerful, and personalized sequences that support strength, balance, and bone health in midlife. You get the convenience of home with the precision, guidance, and full attention of a private studio session.
$125 for 50 minutes
$75 for 30 minutes
Duets (2 People – Mat Only)
Share a session with a partner, friend, or daughter in a fun, supportive environment. You’ll each receive individualized guidance while enjoying the motivation and connection of moving together. Duets can happen side-by-side in the same space or virtually — I’ll share a Zoom link so both of you can join from wherever you are.

Virtual Small Group (3+ People)
Bring your friends together on Zoom for a shared Pilates session designed around your group’s needs — whether you’re gathering across cities, creating a mini wellness retreat, or simply carving out time to reconnect.
