Wellness Coaching

(Launching in early 2026)

Wellness that honors the whole woman — body, mind, identity, and the life she’s actively designing.

Wellness here isn’t just nutrition plans or exercise routines.
It’s a whole-life approach that recognizes the realities of midlife: shifting hormones, changing energy, evolving identities, nervous system needs, caregiving pressures, work transitions, creativity, and the quiet desire to feel strong and grounded again.

Drawing from her 30 years in design, startups, creative leadership, and movement education, Unha brings a design-thinking lens to midlife health — approaching wellbeing as a creative, iterative process. One where curiosity replaces perfectionism, and where you’re invited to prototype, adjust, and build a life that fits who you are now.

Her approach is shaped by nearly 30 years in healthcare technology, user experience research, and human-centered design, where she specialized in understanding how real people navigate real problems in their bodies, environments, and daily lives. That background now informs how she supports women in midlife—using curiosity, insight, and iterative tools to help them redesign their strength, habits, and wellbeing with clarity and compassion.

Unha’s wellness philosophy blends:

  • movement + strength

  • bone health + longevity practices

  • midlife hormonal awareness

  • nervous system regulation + stress support

  • sleep + energy rhythms

  • nutrition foundations

  • mindful drinking + sober-curious support

  • creative identity + meaning

  • career transitions + life design

  • compassionate habit-building rooted in real life

This is whole-person wellness for women in their 40s–80s — weaving together body, emotions, creativity, work, transitions, and agency with a design-thinking approach that is curious, adaptive, and deeply personal.

It’s not about perfect habits.
It’s about building a life that feels strong, grounded, aligned, and well-lived — from the inside out.
